Eintracht Frankfurt are looking to be the first side this season to beat Bayer Leverkusen. The two sides face off on Sunday, Eintracht Frankfurt being five points ahead of seventh. Frankfurt are looking to strengthen their hold of sixth place with a win over the champions. For the hosts, this will be a third match in four against a side in the top three. They’ve already lost to Stuttgart and Bayern Munich in two of those three games. In their most recent outing, Frankfurt lost 2-1 to Bayern Munich, and come here with just a win in their last six matches. Defensively, they will need some improvement, facing the best side in German football, at the moment. Across all competitions, Frankfurt have managed just one clean sheet, a 0-0 draw with Union Berlin in March. However, Frankfurt have only failed to score in three of their last 18 matches.
