Wolves vs Tottenham Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League
by Kennedy Kechula in Premier League Predictions
Wolves will seek to claw themselves further away from the relegation zone when they host Tottenham Hotspur in their next English Premier League match on Saturday. Wolves sit just three points above the drop zone with 24 points. Julen Lopetegui’s men have not won in their last three matches with two ending in defeat. They have scored only one goal in that run which helped secure a 1-1 draw away to Fulham. At home, they have also struggled to score goals and have been kept at bay in three of their last five matches by their visitors but they did put three past Liverpool in a shock result last month. This struggle in front of goal has seen them lose five of their last seven matches at home. This form enhances the belief that we could be in for yet another under 2.5 goals outcome here with four of the last five matches at the Molineux producing less than three goals. Lopetegui will be without youngster Hugo Bueno for this match after the defender was withdrawn against Liverpool last time out with injury. He joins Sasa Kalajdzic, Chiquinho, Boubacar Traore and Hwang Hee-chan in the treatment room.
Tottenham Hospur arrive in this round after seeing their FA Cup journey ended in the fifth round by Sheffield United. Antonio Conte’s men were beaten 1-0 by the Championship side to end a two-match winning run. They can now focus their attention on cementing a top-four spot before turning to the Champions League next week. Spurs are fourth with 45 points, four above fifth-placed Newcastle and to avoid having to look over their shoulders, they have to win here. But the London club’s recent form has been wanting as they have lost three of their last five matches across all competitions. In this run they have not scored more than two goals a match but they have conceded more than one just once and have kept two clean sheets. Away from home though they have struggled and have lost their last three road games in all competitions. Spurs should continue to be without long-term absentees Yves Bissouma, Hugo Lloris and Ryan Sessegnon but could have Emerson Royal back from a short injury layoff for this one.

Our Wolves vs Tottenham Prediction
Wolves’ 3-0 win over Liverpool in February shows that on a good day they are unplayable. They can cause an upset here given that Spurs are also not in the best of form coming into this round. But we feel their lack of goals up front will hurt their chances and predict that Wolverhampton Wanderers v Tottenham Hotspur will end in a win for the away team.
