This is a vital match for 17th placed Everton as they bid to avoid relegation. They travel to 13th placed Wolverhampton Wanderers just a point above the bottom three. By the end of the weekend they could be safe from relegation or stuck in the bottom three with one game to go. Everton have shown some improved form as they try to save themselves. Four points had been earned from two games, including that amazing 5-1 win at Brighton and Hove Albion. They didn't build on that win but few expected them to get anything from a home game against treble-chasing Manchester City. Everton lost that one 3-0 but this is an easier assignment. The same can be said for their final league game at home to Bournemouth. Everton have only lost one of their last six away league fixtures. However, the win at Brighton ended a run of 13 away Premier League games without a win. Everton have drawn 11 league matches this season, only Newcastle and Brentford have had more. Another draw here would help the Toffees but wins for Leeds or Leicester would see them back in the bottom three.

Wolves also had relegation problems earlier in the season. They have escaped the drop zone and begin this match a safe nine points above the bottom three. The highest they can finish this season is 11th in the table. Three of their last five league games have been lost but all on their travels. Home form has been the saviour for Wolves with the last four all won and no goals conceded. Four good scalps as well with Aston Villa, Chelsea, Brentford and Crystal Palace all beaten to nil. The search for a new striker will begin soon with only 30 league goals scored this season. They'll make life difficult for the visitors for sure. A bet on under 2.5 goals looks a good bet here.
