Aston Villa begins the weekend only a point behind the top four. The Villans come into this game having both won their past two games, played at home. They thrashed Brighton and Hove Albion 6-1 in their last Premier League game. It was more of a struggle against Zrinjski Mostar in Thursday's Europa Conference League game, winning that 1-0 with the vital goal coming in the 94th minute. While the Lions have won all three of their home league games this season, they have won two and lost two on the road. Wins have come against Burnley and Chelsea but they conceded eight goals in defeats at Newcastle United and Liverpool. Both teams have scored in three of their last five league games and four of their seven top flight matches this season. A bet on that stat coming up in this game looks a likely winner.
