A dangerous game for the top two teams in this group with third placed PSV breathing down their necks. A win for either side will see them in the last 16, anything less will have them worrying. Wolfsburg top the group on nine points, a point clear of United and two clear of PSV. The Germans have won both of their home games and are yet to concede a goal on home territory. They did lose at home at the weekend though being beaten by Borussia Dortmund. Manchester United know failure to win here will possibly eliminate them. A win for PSV (who got four points against United) will mean United have to get the three points here and so far they have a draw and a loss on their travels in this group. Even if PSV only draw a United loss would eliminate them. United continue to be frustrating for their fans with another goalless draw at the weekend at home to West Ham and it's already known that Wayne Rooney will be missing this game. Wolfsburg are strong at home and put up a good show at Old Trafford, I think a low scoring draw is the most likely result with the away side frustrating them just like they do most teams in England (and their fans). Whether that result will be good enough to avoid a Europa League place remains to be seen.
