It's been a good week for Chelsea and now their women's team bid to get a win this Sunday. They are second in the Women's Super League and travel to sixth placed West Ham United. Chelsea have ten points from their four league games and trail leaders Manchester City by two points. Along with City, they are the only unbeaten teams in the table. Three out of four league matches have been won. The only team to avoid defeat against them are Brighton and it needed a 91st minute equalizer to earn that point. Their other three matches have produced wins against Tottenham, Bristol City and Arsenal. They had to come from behind to beat Arsenal in their last league game, this time getting an 85th minute winner. Last weekend saw them get a 3-0 cup win at Crystal Palace making it four wins in a row with 11 goals scored.

West Ham trail Chelsea by four points and have won two league games and lost the other couple of matches. They began their season with a 2-1 defeat at Arsenal but then beat Birmingham City 1-0 at home. City are bottom of the table and yet to score a league goal this season. Another defeat followed as West Ham lost 2-0 at home to Tottenham. Their inconsistent season continued with a 3-1 win at Brighton, who are still to win a league match this season. Chelsea are the more consistent of these two clubs and can get an away win here.
