This will only be the second meeting between the two sides and a historic game for West Ham United in terms of their past performance in European club football. West Ham United come into the game with a 2-1 win over Aston Villa. They are currently seventh in the Premier League standings and the Europa League allows a real chance for David Moyes’ side to get their hands on some sort of silverware this season. Sevilla are quite rightly known as the experts when it comes to Europa League. They have won four out of the last seven Europa League titles. However, Sevilla have struggled to pick up points in their recent away matches. They are winless in their last seven away fixtures across all competitions, thus allowing West Ham, a significant amount of home advantage in East London.
