West Ham welcome Norwich to the beautiful London stadium for this matchday 18 Premier League clash. The hosts have hit a wobbly run of form, only winning one of their last five league matches and will look to get their impressive campaign back on track against bottom of the table Norwich. The Irons are coming off a tough 2-0 loss to Arsenal, a result which saw the Gunners overtake them for the fourth position in the league. David Moyes’ side have still been hugely impressive this season; victories against Chelsea and Liverpool proving that this team is a legitimate top four contender. West Ham are currently in fifth position, a point ahead of Manchester United and a point behind Arsenal. 

Despite a relatively strong start which saw new manager Dean Smith earn five points across his first three matches, the Canaries have now dropped three straight. To make things worse, they have been struggling mightily in front of goal - scoring only once in their last five matches. Things are made exponentially more difficult for Norwich as they have been dealing with a COVID outbreak along with a number of injuries to key players. Dean Smith has stated that he is unsure whether his team will have enough players to face West Ham on Saturday and there is a possibility that this game will be postponed.
