Aston Villa travel to the London Stadium for a Premier League game with West Ham United on Monday night. The visitors are seventh in the table with 15 points from eight games. Their hosts, meanwhile, are a point behind in eighth place having played one game more. Despite their lofty position in the table, Villa have struggled of late, losing three of their last four league matches. The Hammers have only lost one of their last six home matches in the Premier League. David Moyes has quietly made them an assured presence in a venue in which they previously looked lost. His opposite number, Dean Smith, has achieved a similar feat with Villa's away form. They are unbeaten in their last five matches on the road in the Premier League, winning three, including a 3-0 hammering of Arsenal on their most recent trip. What's more, Villa have kept clean sheets in their previous three games on their travels. Both clashes between the teams last season ended level with neither featuring more than two goals. Given the dazzling recent displays by Villa, we are leaning more towards the visitors. Back them draw no bet.
