Seventh placed West Bromwich Albion will aim to move into the Championship play-off places this weekend. A tough task lies ahead though as they host Ipswich Town who are second in the table. The Baggies are only out of the top six on goal difference and have only lost one of their eight home league games this season. Five have been won with only Huddersfield Town beating them at the Hawthorns. That was in September and since then, Albion have gone five home league games without defeat, winning three of them. However, a couple of those victories were against the two bottom sides in the Championship table. West Brom's last league game ended in a 2-1 loss at Southampton. At home they remain difficult to beat.

Ipswich Town begin the weekend only behind league leaders Leicester City on goal difference. City host Watford earlier in the day but anything less than a win means Ipswich could go top with a win at West Brom. The newly promoted side have only lost one game in the Championship this season. That was a home loss to Leeds United and since then the Tractor Boys have gone 12 league fixtures without defeat. They are yet to lose on their league travels this term with five wins and three draws. Three of the last four on the road have finished level. The Hawthorns isn't an easy place to go and get a win.
