West Brom have picked three straight wins since their loss to Hull City and head to this game with just the right form, having managed 10 points from a possible 15 in the last five outings. They face a Brentford side with just three points out of a possible 21, as they have managed just one win and six losses in the last seven matches in the Championship. It is actually their only win in the last 13 matches across all competitions, which doesn’t place them so well for this trip especially with a poor away record, which has seen them go winless in the nine league matches they have played this season as well as 11 straight away Championship matches stretching back to last season. Their last away win in the Championship came back in April and playing a side on three back to back wins, and coming from a 4 1 – home win over Leeds United does not paint a very good picture for Brentford. West Brom have six wins in their nine home matches in the Championship this season and while they have scored in all of them, they have managed just one clean sheet and on the other hand, Brentford have scored in seven of the nine away matches in the Championship this season.
