A fascinating Premier League game for sure and we could learn a lot from this match between Watford and Manchester United. At the start of the season many were predicting Watford would be in a relegation battle this season. They had a terrible second half to the 2017/18 season and then lost Richarlison to Everton. However, after four league games they are third in the table and yet to drop a point after wins over Brighton and Hove Albion, Burnley, Crystal Palace and Tottenham. Preyera is in top form with three goals and six of their squad have already scored a Premier League goal this season. 11 home games played in the Premier League in 2018 have produced just one defeat when they lost 2-1 to Burnley. This is another acid test for the Hornets and aside from this game and a trip to Arsenal they have a decent fixture list until playing Liverpool in mid-November.

Manchester United won their last league game away at Burnley to move up to tenth in the table. By the time this game is played the chances are they will be nine points off the top of the table and really need something from this game. Defeat here will again have the rumours spreading about Mourinho leaving the club but a win with upcoming games against Wolves, West Ham and Newcastle should see them back in the top six at least. They will be without Luke Shaw for this game which is a blow as he's been in form this season. Also missing will be Marcus Rashford who will be suspended after being sent off against Burnley. They only have one win in their last four away games. United have won 14 of their last 15 games against Watford, the other match seeing them lose 3-1 at Vicarage Road in 2016. This game is so difficult to predict especially with United missing two key players and most of their squad having been on international duty. The selection is to go for a double chance on Watford to get a win or a draw.
