Watford vs Crystal Palace Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

A lot has been written about the start Crystal Palace have made this season but the fact is Watford have the same number of points as them. Watford haven't really set the league alight though with their host of new signings made during the summer. They have only lost one of their six league games and that was a 2-0 away defeat at Manchester City so no great shock there. That's probably because the goals aren't exactly flowing from this team.  Watford have failed to score in four of their seven league and cup games this season and only two of those games have had more than two goals in them. They have won their last two league games though with victories over Swansea and Newcastle, though it has to be said neither of those sides are in sparkling form.  Crystal Palace progressed in the Capital One Cup in midweek but their bright start to the season has diminished a little bit later with two league defeats to Manchester City and Spurs and they failed to score in either of those games. They might find it tough against an impressive Watford defence and a low-scoring game looks likely here
