Villarreal are the surprise La Liga leaders a point clear of Real Madrid and two clear of their opponents in this game. They lost their last league game though going down 1-0 at Levante. At home though they have a 100 per cent record scoring seven and conceding just two in three impressive home wins. That includes a win over Atletico Madrid in their most recent home match.  Celta Vigo are third in the table and unbeaten so far in the league with four wins and three draws. Their most famous win was of course the 4-1 hammering of Barcelona but not all of their results have been as impressive. Draws against Eibar, Getafe and Las Palmas mean it won't be too long before normal service is resumed at the top of La Liga.  Villarreal won both of their games against Celta Vigo last season and another win to keep them top of the table looks likely here.
