The Major League Soccer season is underway and Vancouver Whitecaps host Colorado Rapids this weekend in the Western Conference. Two games in, league tables are of little importance but they give an indication of the start that each team has had. The hosts, 14th in the table, opened with a defeat to Sporting Kansas City before recovering with a victory over LA Galaxy. The visitors, third in the table, have taken maximum points from their opening set of games thanks to wins over DC United and Orlando City. The key performers for Colorado have been in the creative department. Forward Kei Kamara has already opened his goal account for the season while English midfielder Jack Price has been worthy of praise for his chance creation as well as his defensive work.
