Levante are just three points above the relegation zone and just like Valencia, they badly need the three points. Levante are winless in their last seven matches and have managed just two wins in the last 14 matches; they are clearly in no form to challenge Valencia here. Valencia are not only playing at home; they have gone on a great run that has seen them rise from the poor start they had in the campaign. They are on three wins in their last five matches. They have lost just once in 19 matches and the win over Villarreal in midweek will definitely spur them. They are unbeaten in 18 matches at home across all competitions and have failed to score in just three of the 18 matches. Taking on a Levante side with rare clean sheets is bound to work well for the home side. Levante have no win in the last seven La Liga matches and have no clean sheet in their last nine matches. Away from home in the league they have one win in 11 matches. In the last six meetings, Valencia have won three and Levante one. Five of the last seven meetings between the two sides have yielded over 2.5 goals and in the entire 23 meetings between the sides, Valencia have 11 wins and Levante five.
