Posta Rangers will be away to Tusker FC on Sunday seeking to get back to winning ways in the Kenyan Premier League. They currently sit second in the standings with a 10-point advantage over 12th-placed Tusker. Tusker are having one of the worst starts to a league season in the team's history. Winners of two of the last three league titles, the Brewers have won just four of their 12 matches thus far. They have lost five times, more than any other result, and find themselves just four points above the relegation zone. Robert Matano’s men have however seen an upturn in form in recent outings and they will hope to keep this momentum going. Tusker haven’t lost any of their last two matches with one of those being their biggest result of the campaign. They ended a two-game skid with a 3-1 victory over City Stars and followed that up with a 0-0 draw with AFC Leopards. Tusker are unbeaten in three matches against Posta and have won twice.

Posta Rangers are faring much better than Tusker this season which isn’t something that has happened that often if at all. They have put their name in the hat for the title this season and for a time lead the standings. John Kamau’s men have won seven of 13 matches and sit just two points off the pace. This however could have changed by the time they take to the pitch as leaders Gor Mahia play a day before them. Rangers have seen a dip in form in recent weeks and arrive here having won only once in their last five outings. They were defeated 1-0 by City Stars last time out to suffer their second loss of the season. Failure to win again here can see them end the round outside of the top four.
