Wales have a tough away game in Turkey in Group D of the Euro 2024 qualifiers on Monday. The hosts top this group on six points and Wales are third with three points. Turkey posted their second win in three group matches after their 3-2 away win over Latvia. That was a good recovery after the 2-0 home loss to Croatia. It was also the fourth time in five matches that they scored more than a goal. Four of their last five matches have now produced over 2.5 goals and they’ve failed to score just once in that run. Turkey have won seven of their last 10 matches and in six of their last seven matches, both teams have scored. Irfan Kahveci scored a stoppage time winner for Turkey against Latvia, and he will be in contention for a start here. Inter Milan’s Hakan Calhanoglu will once again lead the Turks out as they seek to open a gap at the top.

Wales will go into this game looking to rise from a disappointing 4-2 loss at home to Armenia.
