The return leg of the CONCACAF Nations League quarter-final sees Trinidad & Tobago taking on the United States. The winner of this tie advances to the semi-final where they will meet up with either Canada or Jamaica. The United States Men’s national team (USMNT) has one foot into the semi-final after a 3-0 win in the first leg. It certainly took them a while to make the breakthrough however, as Trinidad held out until the 82nd minute with 10 men before a Ricardo Pepi strike broke the deadlock. They’ll have to flip the script here and cause a massive upset to deny the United States a possible third-straight Nations League title.
