Tottenham vs West Ham Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Tottenham beat Swansea 2-0 on Tuesday and a home win over West Ham will take them to within one point of fourth placed Liverpool. Harry Kane was only substitute for Spurs on Tuesday but it's expected he will be fully recovered from his Christmas cold and play this game right from the start.  Tottenham's win over Swansea was their third straight league win with ten goals scored in those matches. They are in good form at home wiith six wins from their last seven home league and cup games. This is the third time the two sides have faced each other this season with honours even. Tottenham were 3-2 winners when the two sides met in the league at the London Stadium, then they met again in the Carabao Cup. Spurs led that one 2-0 but ended up losing 3-2, their only loss at Wembley since that opening loss to Chelsea. West Ham have changed managers since that cup win over a weakened Tottenham side that didn't include Harry Kane with Christian Eriksen left on the  bench. The Hammers came from behind on Tuesday to get a valuable 2-1 home win over West Brom. That win took them out of the bottom three and up to 16th but only one point above the relegation zone. If they could conjure up another win at Wembley, that would take them up to 11th but they are yet to win two consecutive games this season and haven't done that since December 2016. Away form in the Premier League has seen West Ham win just once when they beat Stoke 3-0 and they have already conceded 24 goals. They have conceded at least twice in five of their last six away league games and 13 of their last 17 away league matches have had over 2.5 goals scored in them. Spurs should win this game but there are bound to be plenty of team changes so the best bet looks to be to go for over 2.5 goals in this game.
