Tottenham are seven points off the top of the table after their 1-0 home loss to Leicester City in midweek. They are still fourth though, a point ahead of West Ham and two clear of Manchester United. It looked as if they were going to get a second draw inside a week against Leicester but lost out to a late goal. That was their second home league defeat of the season and they'll be looking to bounce back against Sunderland this weekend. The visitors won their second league game in a row when they won 4-2 at Swansea on Wednesday, that's seven goals in those two games. They are now only a point behind safety but can they get a decent result against a top side?  Those two wins were against Villa and Swansea, neither of whom are setting the world on fire this season and battling to stay in the Premier League. Last weekend they lost at Arsenal in the FA Cup, their second defeat at the Emirates this season. Before the Swansea win, their last three away league games had produced no points and ten goals conceded. Spurs have already beaten Sunderland away from home this season and could well get a win here but a bet on over 2.5 goals looks a decent bet. It can work both ways - either Spurs hammer Sunderland or the visitors continue their improvement and cause another shock.
