Tottenham are battling to stay in the title race after being held to a draw at Liverpool last weekend. They then had to sit back and watch Leicester go seven points clear of them with a win at home to Southampton. By the time this game begins that gap might be ten points if Leicester can beat Sunderland in the Sunday lunchtime fixture. If that is the case then Spurs simply have to win this match to keep their title hopes alive. They are unbeaten in their last four league matches but drawn two of them and that's costing them dearly. Home form is good with four wins in the last five but they take on a Manchester United side that they struggle to get wins over. Spurs lost to them on the opening day of the season and United haven't lost at White Hart Lane in 15 years. As usual United are hard to bet on because they're so unpredictable. They are just a point behind fourth placed Manchester City so they could still make the top four without hardly ever playing like one. Away form is a worry though with just eight points from their last eight games. A hard game to predict but both teams do score on a regular basis so I go for both teams to score in this game.
