Tottenham Hotspur FC vs Leicester City WFC Prediction & Betting Tips - Women's FA Cup

Tottenham Women face Leicester Women in the first of the two Women's FA Cup Semi Finals this weekend. Spurs have a big advantage, playing the game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and should enjoy a healthy backing from home fans. A final spot against either Manchester United or Chelsea at Wembley awaits the winner in what should be a fiercely contested match between the two teams. Spurs Ladies have beaten Sheffield United (3-2), Charlton (1-0) and then most impressively Manchester City (4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw) to reach the semi-finals of the competition. Since that defeat of City on penalties, they have also recorded a 1-0 win over today's opponent in the WSL, and in their last game defeated Bristol City 1-0 on the road, in both games scoring in the second minute to claim the win.  Spurs lie sixth in the Super League table on 25 points, eight points ahead of Leicester who lie 9th in the table. 

The Foxes Ladies defeated Derby County (4-0), Birmingham City (6-2) and then Liverpool (2-0) to reach the semifinals . However since defeating Liverpool in the quarterfinal, the Foxes have not recorded another win, losing to Spurs (1-0), Brighton (3-2) and drawing with Aston Villa 2-2 last time out before the international break. Goals have not been in short supply in recent Leicester games - in their last seven matches they have scored 15 goals but have also conceded 14. A win here for either side would see them earn their first FA Cup Final place and a shot at lifting the trophy.
