Tajikistan and Lebanon will battle each other next at the AFC Asia Cup. This is the final match in Group A for both teams. They are both tied on one point after two matches with Tajikistan in third edging bottom-placed Lebanon on goal difference. A win will almost certainly confirm a place in the knockout rounds for Tajikistan. They can even end the round second in the group but most certainly they will be among the best third-placed teams. In all three games, they have failed to score. The Cedars have won only one of their last eight matches and have lost four times in this period.
