It was a big surprise when Portugal got the better of France and became European Champions. Not for a moment do I believe they are the best team in Europe, that's what happens in tournaments. They struggled to win games inside 90 minutes in France and won't have any extra time or penalties to help them in a group that also includes Hungary. Switzerland could have met Portugal in the quarter finals in France but lost a penalty shoot-out to Poland in the last sixteen. Their form has been a bit patchy but games don't usually have too many goals. Six of their last eight games have had under 2.5 goals scored and all four of their matches in France finished in that manner. Portugal may have Ronaldo but they don't really score that many either unless it's a 5-0 win over hopeless Gibraltar. Before that their last six games had produced less than 2.5 goals. Plenty of reasons therefore to think this game will see under 2.5 goals scored.
