Despite winning their first nine qualifiers, Switzerland lost the tenth to Portugal and ended up in the play-offs where they were lucky to beat Northern Ireland. The most important fact is that they got to Russia in the end and they come into this game on a good run. The Swiss have only that loss in Portugal in their last 14 games since losing to Poland on penalties at Euro 2016. In terms of home form they are unbeaten in their last eight and that includes a win over European Champions Portugal.  They keep it tight at home with seven clean sheets in their last eight so Panama face a mighty task to get a postive result here.

Panama caused a big shock by qualifying for Russia at the expense of Honduras and the USA, despite conceding more goals than they scored in their group. It was home form that got them to the finals as away from home they managed just one point and one goal in five games. They go into this game on a run of three games without a win and last Friday lost 1-0 away to Denmark but they held out until the 69th minute before Sisto got the winner. Panama have only won twice in their last sixteen away games and could have a difficult time in Russia this summer. Go for Switzerland to get the home win in this game.S
