The big question coming into this game is whether Harry Kane will be fit to play in this Premier League match. He was taken ill last week and is doubtful for this game as Spurs travel to Wales to take on Swansea City. Spurs will be a bit fresher than their opponents as they haven't played since Boxing Day but have two games this week, so not the time to be without Harry Kane. They have won five of their last six league and cup games and scored 19 goals in the process. The other game was a 4-1 thrashing at runaway league leaders Manchester City but their form coming into 2018 is a lot brighter than it was a month or so ago. It's not just Kane who has been in good form though. Son has scored seven goals in the past couple of months and Delle Ali got on the scoresheet in the win over Southampton on Boxing Day. Away form has been a bit patchy of late but they did win 3-0 at Burnley towards the end of December. Swansea City fans haven't had that much to cheer about in recent weeks and must have feared the worst on Saturday when losing 1-0 at Watford with four minutes to go. However, two goals from Ayew and Narsingh gave them an unlikely win and took them off the bottom of the table. That win ended a run of four league games without a win but recent matches against Liverpool and Manchster City have seen them concede nine goals. it'll be interesting to see if Swansea can carry on from that win on Saturday and with doubts over Kane playing, a bet on over 2.5 goals in the game looks the safest bet.
