Stoke City face Leicester City on Saturday in the Championship with the two opponents having had very different season's so far in the Championship. Stoke City have struggled and not even a change of boss in December, bringing in Steven Schumacher from Plymouth Argyle, has changed their fortunes much. Worryingly, it is their home form that seems to have deserted them, having failed to win at the bet365 Stadium in any of their last seven home games in the league. Defensively, the Potters are solid, but it is in attack where they have struggled with just 28 goals scored in the league this season, the fourth fewest of any team in the Championship. They come into this game against the league leaders having lost their last two games; a 2-1 home loss to Birmingham City followed by a 3-1 defeat on the road to Sunderland last weekend.

Enzo Maresca's Leicester City team have been hugely impressive as they seek to bounce back into the Premier League at the first attempt. The Foxes have lost just four games all season, two at home, two on the road, and they sit 10 points clear of Ipswich Town in second, albeit having played one game more. Recently, they have had a minor blip, winning, losing and drawing one of their last three games, but they got back to winning ways at the weekend with a comprehensive 3-1 victory over Swansea at the King Power Stadium. Additionally, after beating Stoke City 2-0 in the league already this season, and having scored an impressive 59 goals in just 29 games, conceding a league low of just 23, it is easy to see why Leicester fans will travel to the Potteries confident of their team picking up another three points.
