Celtic are yet to taste defeat in the Scottish Premiership but only lead the table by one point from Aberdeen. Eleven games have produced eight wins and three draws and they have suffered from a tendency to rest players before vital Champions league games. The 1-1 draw at home to Kilmarnock last week saw the club equal the British record of 62 games unbeaten in domestic fixtures so avoiding defeat here will see them break the record. Away form in the league has seen Celtic win all five of their games scoring 12 goals and conceding just once. St Johnstone are sixth in the table 12 points behind the league leaders and played a game more. 12 league games have seen them only score 13 goals and they have conceded 16.  Coming into a game against the league leaders you'd want some good form to boost your confidence but St Johnstone haven't scored in their last five games with just one point out of fifteen. They got a 1-1 draw at Celtic earlier in the season but have lost their last two home games against Celtic conceding nine goals. Celtic can get the win here and the suggestion is to back them on a -1 handicap.
