Sporting Lisbon will be at home to take on Pacos Ferreira when the Portuguese top flight continues this weekend. Sporting go to the game placed fourth on the table with 43 points and Pacos are 16th on the log with 25 points. Heading to the game, Sporting will hope to register a better result than the 2-2 draw against Vitoria Guimaraes as the league returned. On resumption, six of the top seven teams in the league failed to register wins; Sporting hopes to change this and their run against Pacos should be a motivator. They have failed to score in six of the 12 away matches and their leading scorer, Douglas Tanque has not been firing as he should so far; he has six goals in 21 matches. Pacos are not only weak upfront, they have also been conceding a lot; they have scored 21 goals in 25 matches and conceded 36. Having no clean sheets in the last eight league matches, we are not backing them so much for this clash.
