A tense season finale in the Primeira Liga is set for the Estádio Municipal when Braga hosts FC Porto this Saturday. These two are separated by a point, with Porto third and Braga fourth. A third placed finish guarantees Europa League football, and that will be the catch here. Sporting Braga will want to look at themselves as favorites coming into this game. FC Porto haven't had their best season, and for the first time in eight seasons, they’ll finish outside the top two. With 69 points, they are 10 points behind the Champions League qualification spot. Losses to the two sides above them have cost them dearly while they also suffered shock home and away defeats to Estoril. They’ve however recovered in their recent matches, and come here unbeaten in six matches, winning four times. While they have this good run ahead of this match, Porto haven't been entirely comfortable in their victories. Last time out, they needed two late goals to beat 10-man Boavista 2-1 at home. In only one of their last seven matches have Porto kept a clean sheet – the 3-0 win over Chaves. While they only failed to score once in 10 matches, Porto managed just two clean sheets in that run. Both teams scored in seven of the 10 matches and eight produced over 2.5 goals. At the end of a tough season, Porto can still bag some silverware. They are set to face Sporting Lisbon in the Portuguese Cup final, and could be tempted to rest players here.
