It's been a high scoring European Under-21 Championships and there seems little reason why that shouldn't continue in the final. Germany are the defending champions but face a tough battle as they take on Spain. The German team is unbeaten in their last 16 matches, last losing in 2017. The goals have been flowing for them with 14 scored in their four matches in this tournament. They have scored at least twice in all of their games with wins over Denmark, Serbia and Romania plus a draw with Austria. However, they struggle to keep a clean sheet and have conceded in each of their last seven matches. 

Spain got off to a poor start in this tournament with a 3-1 defeat by hosts Italy. They have recovered well though with group wins over Belgium and Poland with seven goals scored. That took them top of their group and they reached this final with a 4-1 victory over France. The loss to Italy is their only defeat in their last ten matches. Their last five games and seven of the last nine have had over 2.5 goals scored in them. Re Germany that stat has come up in 13 of their last 15 matches. Hence therefore, a suggested bet of over 2.5 goals in what looks like being a thrilling final.
