Southampton vs Crystal Palace Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Southampton go into the final game in seventh place which is just where they finished last year. They are two points behind West Ham and will finish above them if they win here and the Hammers fail to win at Stoke. Saints have won four of their last five games, the other being a loss to Leicester (it's always Leicester isn't it?). Home form is impressive though with seven wins, a draw and a loss to Chelsea in the last nine. If they hadn't had that terrible patch towards the end of last year they'd be challenging for a Champions League place. Southampton do have some problems playing Crystal Palace though and have lost to them at home twice in the FA Cup over the past two seasons. Palace only have five points from their last ten away league games but they're safe and that's all that matters really. Well apart from keeping players fit for the FA Cup Final next week so will they rest some players here? I think Saints can get the win here and if they can get seventh that could be enough to get them in the Europa League as long as Palace don't win the FA Cup next week (which they won't).
