China lost their opening game in this Women's World Cup group 1-0 to Germany who are ranked second in the world rankings. They reached the quarter finals at the last tournament but after losing to a 66th minute goal just have to get a win from this game against 49th ranked South Africa. Their final game is against Spain who beat South Africa 3-1 in their opening match but a victory here will give them a chance of making it into the knock-out stages as one of the best third-placed teams. China aren't in great form though and have lost their last five games (one on a penalty shoot-out) but those matches were played against high-ranked teams. 

South Africa don't fit into that category and are competing in their first Women's World Cup finals. They have gone 11 games without a win and 10 goals have been conceded in their last two matches. They did take the lead against Spain but then conceded three goals in the second-half. Their last win was over Mali in the African Women Cup of Nations. It's unlikely they will be able to match China and the tip here is for the Chinese team to get an important win in this game to keep their World Cup hopes alive.
