Slovenia vs Kazakhstan Prediction & Betting Tips - UEFA Nations League

Kazakhstan will be aiming their guns at Slovenia in their next Nations League encounter on Monday. Coming from draws in the first round of group games, both nations will be eager to claim three points. Read on for our prediction of this Group B3 match.

Slovenia will have their second straight home match after drawing 1-1 with Austria in the first game. The two sides canceled out with goals from Benjamin Sesko and Konrad Laimer, leaving Slovenia undefeated in 11 matches inside 90 minutes.

The Austria result was the sixth straight draw and they have just four wins in the 11 outings. Previously, these two nations met twice – in the Euro 2024 qualifiers – and Slovenia won both matches. Slovenia’s 10 Nations League matches at home thus far had just two losses.

Kazakhstan did well in their opening group game, holding a superior Norway side at home to a 0-0 draw. While they would have loved to bag three points from the game, the Kazakhs will view that as a positive result.

They now hope to pick from the draw and go for three points against an equally tough opponent. Their draw with Norway ended a run of four straight defeats. It was also their second clean sheet in the last 10 matches.

Six losses in 10 outings will, however, not be a great run to carry to Ljubljana. It will be particularly tougher as they’ve lost both earlier matches against Slovenia. Kazakhstan’s away record reads five straight defeats and in each of them, they conceded at least twice. In 10 away Nations League matches, they managed just three wins.
