Slavia Prague vs Hibernian Lfc Prediction & Betting Tips - Champions League W.
by Steve Ashfield | in Champions League W. Predictions
Slavia Prague suffered an early shock in the first leg of this Women's Champions League last 32 tie. They traveled to Hibernian in Scotland and after three minutes found themselves a goal down. That was a minor mishap though and between the 36th and 42nd minutes, they scored three times to take command of the tie. They added a fourth goal in the 75th minute as Tereza Kozarova completed her hat-trick. Slavia Prague are no strangers to scoring goals, that is for sure. They top the Czech league after winning all five of their games scoring 35 goals, highlighted by a 13-1 home win over Pardubice. Slavia are unbeaten in their last eight home games in this competition. The past two seasons have seen them reach the quarter finals, losing to Bayern Munich last season.
Hibernian have it all to do to get back into this tie. They will need to score at least four goals as a 3-0 win would still see them lose on away goals. It's one of two major battles they have as Hibernian are second in the Scottish Women's Premier League but 11 points behind Glasgow City. It was Glasgow who inflicted the last league loss on them with a 2-1 away defeat in August. Only one of their last three away games in this competition have been won. The tip here is for the home side to get a win and be ahead at both half and full time.
