Shrewsbury Town vs Manchester United Prediction & Betting Tips - FA Cup

Manchester United have had a troubled season and it's looking unlikely they'll be in the Champions League next season. Aside from the Europa League, the FA Cup is the best chance United have of landing a trophy this season. So far they have had wins over Sheffield United and Derby County in the FA Cup and for the third round in a row they play a side outside of the Premier League. Recent form is as inconsistent as ever with a loss in the Europa League and to Sunderland in the Premier League last Saturday. Injury to Wayne Rooney is another big blow for them.  However, they should have far too much for League One Shrewsbury Town. They have beaten two Championship sides in the tournament this season with a win at Cardiff City followed by a home win over Sheffield Wednesday. Their form outside of the FA Cup is pretty poor though. They are only three points above the relegation zone and have played a game more. They've lost ten games at home this season and conceded in their last six home matches. Only Colchester have conceded more league goals at home than Shrewsbury and their shaky defence must be destined to have a tough time against Manchester United this weekend. I go for a United win on a -1 handicap.
