Sheffield Wednesday vs Brighton Prediction & Betting Tips - Championship

I'm not a big fan of the play-offs and see no reason why Sheffield Wednesday who finished 15 points behind third placed Brighton and Hove Albion should still be in with a chance of getting promoted. Brighton came so close to getting automatic promotion but couldn't win either of their final two games including that vital game at Middlesbrough last Saturday. Hopes are still high of  getting into the Premier League and Brighton still haven't lost in 14 games with five straight wins before draws with Derby and Middlesbrough. Away from home Brighton have gone seven games without defeat and are more than capable of coming back from Hillsborough with at least a draw. The home side only won one of their last six league games, yes they really deserve to be in the promotion hunt don't they? At home they are on a five match unbeaten run but only won one of their last three. The main worry is Brighton's recent record against Wednesday with no wins in the last seven (four drawn) and it's five games since they even scored against them. Their form is much better in recent months though and both games this season ended 0-0 making it three in a row. Brighton have the form and can come away with at least a draw to give them a great chance of reaching the final.
