Sheffield United host QPR as they look to strengthen their position in first place in the standings. The Blades have taken the league by storm this season, yet the draw they conceded against Birmingham in combination with Norwich’s victory put their position in jeopardy. On the upside, they have been unbeaten in their nine games as well as winning four of their last five at Bramall Lane. Sheffield also boast the best defence in the division, having conceded just six goals in their eleven games so far, while they have won all of their last three games against QPR, and they are well-placed to repeat the feat once again.
QPR have been a joy to watch this season, and their early occupying of fifth place has filled their fans with optimism. The Hoops took a vital win over Bristol at the weekend, which extended their unbeaten streak to three games. QPR have lost just one of their last seven games, while they have been victorious in three of their last four on the road as well. On the downside, their recent struggles at Bramall Lane should be a worrying sight ahead of this one, with the London outfit tasting victory there just once in their last eight visits.
