The Europa League final takes place on Friday 21 August and it looks like being a great game. Sevilla are looking to win Europe's second-tier competition for the sixth time in their history but face a tough battle against Inter Milan. Both sides are already in next season's Champions League so that carrot isn't being dangled in this game. Sevilla have already beaten one Italian side in this season's Europa League. They beat AS Roma in a one-off tie in the last sixteen before then breaking the hearts of English Premier League fans. Both Wolverhampton Wanderers and Manchester United were dispatched by the La Liga side to reach this final. They come into this match unbeaten in their last 20 games, not losing since a defeat by Celta Vigo in February. Sevilla had gone five games without conceding before the 2-1 semi-final win over Manchester United. That goal was from the penalty spot though and in terms of goals from open play, just one has been conceded in their last nine games. Whether they can keep out Romelu Lukaku is going to be a key factor in this match.
Lukaku scored twice in Inter's 5-0 last four win over Shakhtar Donetsk on Monday. That makes it ten Europa League games in a row that the Belgian has scored. Can he make it 11? Inter finished second in Serie A (compared to Sevilla's fourth in La Liga) and have been in excellent form over the past few weeks. After failing to get out of their group in the Champions League, Inter have had few problems making it to the Europa League final. Ludogorets, Getafe, Bayer Leverkusen and Shakhtar Donetsk have all been beaten with Inter scoring 13 and conceding just twice. They are unbeaten in their last 11 league and cup games, winning the last six with just one goal conceded. Inter look the team in the best form and with Lukaku in such scoring form, he can fire them to their first European trophy since winning the Champions League ten years ago.

This should be a cracking final between two in-form sides. Inter had a strong finish to the Serie A season and have continued that form in the Europa League. In Romelu Lukaku, they have an in-form scorer who can't stop scoring in this competition. Sevilla are also in good form and this will be Inter's toughest task since arriving in Germany. They look the better of the two teams though and can win this match in 90 minutes.
