Braga have been brave in their title challenge but it seems their chance for silverware is elsewhere. Placed third, with 46 points, they’ll be at home to take on Vitoria Guimaraes in the 23rd round of matches in Primeira Liga. The visitors have 35 points and are placed sixth. Braga will face Benfica in the Portuguese Cup final in May in what is their most probable chance of winning silverware this season. It would also be a win if they can qualify for the UEFA Champions League and at the moment they occupy the Champions League qualifiers’ slot. They had to come from behind after going down in the 17th minute, and now both sides have scored in each of Vitoria’s last five matches, while they have four wins in 10. Six of their last 10 matches have ended in over 2.5 goals and they’ve conceded two or more in three of the last four league matches. The visiting team goes here winless in the last three away matches in the league and they have just one win in the last five. Against Braga, Vitoria have no win in the last seven meetings.
