Sampdoria vs Napoli Prediction & Betting Tips - Serie A

One poiint from two games have left Napoli's title hopes in tatters. After closing to within a point of Juventus at the top of Serie A, they lost away at Fiorentina and were then held to a 2-2 home draw by Torino after twice being in the lead. Now they trail the league leaders by six points and after both sides recorded a 1-0 win in the two games between the sides, it'll be goal difference that determines the winner if points are level and that's firmly in the favour of Juventus.  Napoli have only lost two of their last 21 league games and they will at least finish second as they are 12 points clear of third placed Roma. Away form had seen Napoli go undefeated in their first 16 league games of the season before the vital loss at Fiorentina and including last season, that's their only loss in 31 away league matches and last season they beat Sampdoria 4-2 away.

Sampdoria are ninth in the table and with two games to go are six points adrift of the final Europa League place currently held by AC Milan.  They have the advantage in head to head games with Milan so they still have a faint hope of making it into Europe. They have lost two of their last three games though but both were away from home where they have lost 11 league games this season. Home form is a lot stronger with 12 wins, the third best record in Serie A. though they were recently beaten 5-0 at home by Inter Milan.  That's just one of a few heavy defeats against top sides with Juventus beating them 3-0 and Lazio 4-0. Go for Napoli to get the away win in this game.
