Salford City vs Notts County Prediction & Betting Tips - FA Cup

Salford City may only be in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League which is three leagues below their opponents, but they have far more famous owners than Notts County. Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and Phil Neville are co-owners at the club and have big plans for the non-league side. They currently sit fourth in their league nine points behind the league leaders but have three games in hand. Salford have had to beat Bradford Park Avenue and Southport to get this far, not bad results because both those sides are in higher leagues than Salford with Southport being a National League side, just one step below the division that Notts County play in . The non-leaguers don't have a good home record in their league with just one win in seven matches. Notts County are currently 15th in League Two but only four points behind the play-offs. They are four games unbeaten and last weekend they beat Portsmouth 2-1 at home. They aren't the strongest of teams away from home with just one win in eight league games this season. That win was on the first day of the season and since then they've played ten away games in all competitions without an away victory. There are three divisions between these two teams and if County can weather the early storm  they can break the Salford City hearts here. Sad though because I'd love to know what Ryan Giggs would do if Salford could get to the third round and face Man Utd where he's assistant boss.
