Salernitana’s return to Serie A after 22 years isn’t going well but they will be hoping for one big upset when they play host to champions Inter Milan on Match Day 18 of the league. Salernitana have the fewest goals in the league (11) and they face the best scoring team; they’ve failed to score in four of their last five in the league. They have just one loss in the league this season, against Lazio, and they are the highest scorers in the league, with 43 goals, while also sticking up as one of the best defensive sides. This will not be the best news for Salernitana, and especially the fact that Inter head to this game having managed two or more goals in the last five league matches. Inter have four straight clean sheets in Serie A action going to this game and in their last five league matches, they have led at half time. This will be the first time the two sides face off since the 1998/99 season, when either side won once in the two legs.
