Aberdeen will be kicking themselves for conceding a late goal in the first leg of this Europa League first qualifying round tie. That late strike by Rovaniemi saw them leave Scotland with a 2-1 deficit and the tie is very much wide open. A goal in each half had put Aberdeen in a strong position but then in the 93rd minute the Finnish side grabbed a late goal to keep them in the tie. Aberdeen were knocked out in the second qualifying round of this competition last season. They are unbeaten in their last six matches with four wins in their last five matches.

Rovaniemi will have been glad to get that late away goal. Now they only need a 1-0 home win to progress to the next qualifying round. Form isn't good at present though and they are 10th in the Finnish league at present. They have only one win in their last seven matches and at home have two draws and three defeats in their last five matches. Goals aren't exactly flowing either with only two goals in those five home games. In European competition, Rovaniemi have played nine home games. Only one of those have ended in victory and the only match with over 2.5 goals scored was a 5-0 loss to Auxerre. This looks like being a tight match and the tip is for under 2.5 goals to be scored.
