Rotherham vs Millwall Prediction & Betting Tips - Championship

Bottom of the Championship Rotherham host Millwall who are 16th in the table. Relegation to League One has looked inevitable for woeful Rotherham for a fair while. It could be confirmed this weekend though. Friday's 3-0 loss at Preston North End has left them 19 points from safety with just seven games remaining. With an appalling -50 goal difference, even a draw in this game and defeat for 21st placed Birmingham City will see them all but relegated. Defeat on Monday will mean they'll be in League One next season. The loss to Preston was their 25th league loss of a miserable season with only three games won. They have gone 15 league matches without a win (the last being in December 2023) with ten of the last 11 being lost. Even worse, they have failed to score in their last five matches. All three of their league wins have come on home soil but only two points have been earned from the last seven games with just one goal in the last six. 

Mllwall have also been struggling for form of late. They begin this match only five points above the bottom three. Friday saw them draw 1-1 at home with West Bromwich Albion. They took the lead but conceded an 87th minute equalizer. The Lions have only lost one of their last six league games and could really do with winning this match. Only five away league games have been won this season but they did get a good 2-1 win at Southampton recently.  They won the reverse fixture against Rotherham 3-0. We tip them to beat Rotherham on Monday.
