Romania finished second behind Northern Ireland in their Euro 2016 qualifying group. Home form was impressive in that group and they went unbeaten throughout. Their defence is certainly strong with just two goals conceded in the group and not one away from road. You have to go back to 2014 to the last time Romania lost and they are on a 20 game unbeaten run. Recently they have held Spain to a draw but could only draw with DR Congo earlier this month in a game held in Italy. Ukraine are also on their way to France after finishing third behind Spain and Slovakia and then beating Slovenia in the play-offs. They are also pretty good defensively conceding just one goal in their away games played in the qualifying group in a 1-0 loss to Spain and just four in ten games.Two losses to Spain in the qualifiers are their only defeats in their last 16 games. A tight game looks likely here then and I think a bet on under 2.5 goals will pay here.
