The first match back in the Belgian First Division A following the World Cup break will see RFC Seraing host KAS Eupen at the Stade du Pairay in the early kick-off on Friday. Both teams have been struggling this season and would have welcomed the month off to reassess what's gone wrong and how to fix it. The home side is currently the worst team in the league, managing only 11 points in 17 games this season. They've struggled at both ends of the pitch, conceding 33 and scoring only 16 in response. RFC Seraing comes into this match off the back of five straight losses in the league and has only picked up two points in their last seven matches. It's going to be a difficult task for the hosts to come out on top in this crucial relegation battle.
KAS Eupen has also been very poor this season. The visitors have managed just 16 points so far and are in 15th place, only one spot above the relegation zone.
