They had to play through the qualifying rounds to reach the group stages and only won in the play-off round against Krasnodar on away goals. So far in this group they have beaten FC Koln 1-0 away but were held at home by BATE Borisov. Arsenal will play a weakened side but have the strength in depth with players such as Giroud, Wilshere and Walcott and can get a narrow away win.
