Real Madrid are likely to put this tournament at the top of their priority list now. Their chances of winning La Liga are looking pretty slim after the recent home loss to Atletico Madrid. They bounced back well from that though and Cristiano Ronaldo was in top form on Saturday scoring four times as Real beat Celta Vigo 7-1 at home. That's ten goals in their last two league games and there should be a few more in this second leg game against AS Roma. Three home games in the Champions League this season have seen Madrid score 13 times including an 8-0 win over Malmo. They lead the tie 2-0 after the first leg in Rome and there seems to be little chance of the Italian side overturning that score. Roma haven't got the best of defences and managed to concede 16 goals in their six group matches, 13 of them in their away matches including a 4-4 draw at Bayer Leverkusen, a 6-1 defeat by Barcelona and a shock 3-2 loss at BATE Borisov. They qualified for the last sixteen with just six points from their six games and all the signs are pointing towards another big loss for them here. Real probably won't leave out any top players despite starting with a 2-0 lead. I go for Madrid to win here on a -1 handicap.
